We also collect basic KYC documents and verify the company is not on any regulatory blacklist. This process takes 2-5 business days.
Ongoing monitoring: we periodically re-check RERA status. If a developer's RERA registration lapses or is suspended, we remove their listing from search results and add a visible warning to their profile page.
RERA-registered advisors must provide their state RERA registration number, which we verify against the official portal. Non-RERA advisors (in states where registration is not yet mandatory) are listed as "unregistered" β this is disclosed clearly on their profile, not hidden.
All reviews on PropertyPointers must come from a verified buyer account. We do not accept anonymous reviews. Before a review goes live, our moderation team checks that:
Developers and advisors can flag a review for re-review, but cannot delete reviews themselves. We make the final decision.
